Hey, I’m Damian the Product Manager for notizer.ai. When we started building this, we noticed that most note apps just give you a blank page and expect you to do all the heavy lifting - tagging, organizing into folders, and manually pulling out tasks. It’s annoying and takes too much time. We wanted to create a tool that stays out of your way and handles the admin work. Here is exactly how the workflow works: ⏺️ Background Recording: Run it during a meeting or a quick brain dump. It runs quietly in the background while you focus on the conversation. 📂 Automatic Folders & Summaries: It files transcripts and notes straight into your specific project or client folders. No mess. 📬 Inbox Delivery: You don't even have to open the app to read the results. The key takeaways and action items land straight in your email. 🔒 Security First: We deal with sensitive meeting data daily, so we built this with strict encryption and full GDPR compliance on secure EU servers. Want to test it out? We’re offering a 14-day free trial. Visit notizer.ai and see how it fits your routine. I’d love to hear your honest feedback. What are we missing? What would make your post-meeting documentation easier? 🚀

Been using it on a daily basis since closed beta. Awesome product, focused on privacy and reliability, the quality of transcripts is better than in any other tool I have ever used, the cheapest subscription + it's quite discrete - you can easily tap the record and forget about it while brain-dumping or getting your meeting transcribed, making the whole experience truly seamless.
