As part of my role as a Communications Manager at Crowe Global, I have to regularly schedule meetings with regional executives around the world to discuss comms planning, including content and messaging for their regional audiences. Now that I use Calendar to schedule those meetings, it takes a fraction of the time because I can see across all calendars and automatically select the best time across time zones that works for everyone. Plus, Calendar has enabled me to bring my iCal, Google Calendar, and work Outlook Calendar into one dashboard view so I can track all my meetings, appointments, and events from either my laptop or my Calendar phone app.

, I have used Calendar for over a year now and I love it! It's so easy to use and lets me book with anyone using their email. It has automatic address finding software so when you book with someone at a certain address, it find it the same way Google Maps would. It makes the data input easier and is so convenient. Besides being able to conveniently book with others, Calendar also gives you the option to record your meeting transcriptions so you can listen to your meeting later. However, I think one of my favorite features is that Calendar allows you to view your analytics so you can see how you're using your time. By using the events on your calendar, it uses AI software to put together infographics on how you're spending your time. This is great because I can see how where I need to improve or where I'm spending too much time. Calendar also is able to sync to your Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, or even your Apple Calendar. Overall, I would definitely recommend using the Calendar tool for your everyday needs.

One question. One of the edges, for me, that Google Calendar has is that it has a widget I can put on my Android Phone to just view the events ahead. Are you likely to come up with something like that soon?
