How do you keep job titles, org charts, and job descriptions aligned?
One challenge I’ve seen in workforce management is how quickly information becomes disconnected.
Job titles are maintained in one file, organizational structures in another, and job descriptions and competency frameworks somewhere else.
Over time, inconsistencies become difficult to identify, especially when different sources don’t share the same job codes or position identifiers.
That’s one of the problems I’m working to address with NOETIVRA, an evidence-based workforce intelligence platform currently in private beta.
I’m curious how HR, Organizational Development, and People Analytics teams handle this today.
Do you rely mainly on Excel and manual reviews, or have you found a more effective approach?
I’d love to hear your experiences and perspectives.
