One challenge I ve seen in workforce management is how quickly information becomes disconnected.
Job titles are maintained in one file, organizational structures in another, and job descriptions and competency frameworks somewhere else.
Over time, inconsistencies become difficult to identify, especially when different sources don t share the same job codes or position identifiers.
That s one of the problems I m working to address with NOETIVRA, an evidence-based workforce intelligence platform currently in private beta.
