Struggling with workout consistency — what actually works for you?

I’m currently building Spinova, a home fitness app focused on simplifying workouts and making them easier to stick to.
One thing I’ve noticed (personally and from others) is that consistency is the hardest part—not the workouts themselves.
I’m curious:
👉 What usually breaks your consistency?
Not knowing what to do
Too many choices in apps
Lack of motivation
Boring routines
Time constraints
I’m exploring a more guided approach (AI-based recommendations instead of static plans), but I’d love to hear what’s actually worked for you.
Also, would you trust an AI coach to plan your workouts?
All perspectives welcome (especially skeptical ones). Trying to make sure we’re solving a real problem—not just adding another app to the pile.
