Have you ever missed a meeting simply because you lost track of time?

I'm curious how common this is among other makers and professionals.

For me, it wasn't about forgetting the meeting existed. It was usually because I got so focused on what I was doing that time seemed to disappear. I'd look at the clock and realize I was supposed to be in a meeting 10 or 15 minutes ago. Or, YESTERDAY.

I have ADHD, so time blindness definitely plays a role, but I've talked with plenty of people who don't have ADHD and have experienced the same thing—especially when they're deep in coding, designing, writing, or building something.

After one too many missed meetings, I ended up creating an Android app called . It syncs with Google Calendar and lets you create dedicated alarms for the meetings that matter most. Building the app was my way of solving a problem I'd been dealing with for years.

But I'm more interested in hearing from the Product Hunt community:

  • Have you ever missed an important meeting because you got "in the zone"?

  • What do you currently use to make sure that doesn't happen?

  • Do you rely on calendar notifications, alarms, a smartwatch, or something else?

I'd love to hear what works for you—and what doesn't.
