Hey Product Hunt 👋

Tired of paying $20-40/month just to stream to YouTube and Twitch at the same time? I built Neustream as a fully open-source alternative to Restream and StreamYard.

What it does:
Stream to multiple platforms simultaneously from a single OBS connection. YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, custom RTMP - all at once, with real-time monitoring and zero vendor lock-in.

Why it exists:
Multi-streaming shouldn't cost more than your internet bill. The tech isn't complicated - it's RTMP ingestion + FFmpeg relay. But existing platforms charge premium prices for what's essentially commodity infrastructure.

The stack:
- MediaMTX for RTMP ingestion
- Node.js control plane with PostgreSQL + Redis
- FFmpeg for multi-destination relay
- React dashboard with real-time WebSocket monitoring
- Fully containerized with Docker

It's completely open source - host it yourself, modify it, break it, fix it. I've spent months building this because I was tired of seeing streamers get gouged by platforms that treat multi-streaming like some premium feature.

Whether you're a small streamer who can't justify Restream's pricing, a developer who wants to learn RTMP/FFmpeg, or someone who just likes owning their infrastructure - Neustream is for you.

Try it, fork it, roast the code, submit PRs. I'd love to hear what you think.
