How bad is your Google Drive, really? (Asking before we launch)

by•

👋 Hey Product Hunt. I'm Ariana (NeatDrive solo founder), and we're launching soon. I built NeatDrive from personal pain points experienced as a Director of Business Operations managing a company's Google Workspace, and I'm here to ask you something before we go live.

Google Drive is the tool everyone uses and nobody manages. Files go public by accident. Old contractors still have access. There are folders three levels deep that nobody remembers creating. Staff come and go but the files remain, along with the low-grade guilt and creeping overwhelm of knowing it's all in there.

NeatDrive gives your Drive a Health Score (0–100) and surfaces what actually matters (security risks, clutter, naming chaos, etc) then gives you an Action Plan so cleanup doesn't take a weekend of double-checking "Untitled"s or "Final_FINAL_THIS ONE"s.

But before launch I want to know: what's the Drive problem that finally made you think "someone needs to fix this"? A security scare? A file you couldn't find? An audit that went sideways?

The messiest answers are going into the roadmap.

Early access is open at — free tier, no card needed.
