Hey everyone. I'm Vaibhav, the founder of Navio.
I built this because I watched too many founders spend months building products nobody wanted. They asked friends who said "great idea." They asked ChatGPT, which said, "This has strong potential." Then they launched to silence.
The problem is not a lack of tools. Dozens of AI validators score your idea in 30 seconds. The problem is that every single one of them is optimised to be encouraging. They tell every founder their idea has potential because that is what keeps people using the tool.
Navio does the opposite.
Every submission is personally reviewed. The report identifies your actual competitors, along with their specific funding and weaknesses. It scores your idea honestly across five dimensions. And it tells you the one assumption most likely to kill your idea if you do not test it first.
We have scored ideas as low as 5.4 out of 10 and told founders exactly what was structurally broken. That is not a bug. That is the point.
The product is simple: you fill in a 7-question form about your idea, and within 24 hours you receive a diagnostic report with honest scores, named competitors, a revenue model comparison, and three specific validation experiments to run before you write a line of code.
I built the entire thing as a solo founder from Germany with zero funding. The site, the blog, the reports. Would love your honest feedback on whether this is useful and what is missing.

Got the report back the next morning and was impressed by how specific it was, including actual competitor names and revenue models I hadn't thought through. The three validation tasks felt practical rather than generic, like someone actually thought about my idea instead of running a template.
Report
Got my report back in under a day and it actually called out a competitor I had never heard of, plus the revenue model critique was sharp without being harsh. Wish I had this before starting my last side project.
Report
Got my report back surprisingly fast and the competitor list actually included two I hadn't heard of before, which already made it worth the price. The revenue model breakdown was a bit generic, but the validation tasks were specific enough that I could start on one this week.

@glah261496 thanks for your feedback, I will recommend the team to be precise about the revenue model breakdown. We are continuously working to support young founders and feedbacks like yours helps us a lot.
