Not to be uber-knitpicky but a sign in with twitter without adding email/password for signup would flow nicely.... Again, not huge

Agreed. This is how version 1 was but adding sub-accounts got complicated. We may be able to find a hybrid route at some point!

I've started using this while still in beta, and I'm very happy with the results. Really a great tool.
Isn't it against Twitter TOS to automate follow and favorite actions? How do you manage to stay on the right side of that line? Just curious because I've seen a lot of similar apps like Twitfox getting banned after a couple of months.

Hey Karan! We use the term 'automate' in a symbolic way. Think more along the lines of Mechanical Turk.
So how does the 'Auto-follow' and 'Auto-fav' actually work on your site? Still a little confused about how its different.
If one week (the length of the free trial) is enough to see results then I have to see how this works.

I think you'll be pleasantly surprised! You'll be able to review the result in the keyword report too.
The email to confirm the email address needs some work. I initially didn't remember what NarrowV2 from a name I don't know was. I wasn't about to click just any link. At least throw a logo in there. :)

An introduction wizard could work well to explain the product when you get started after signing up.

Yep, that's definitely one of the aspects of the app that we want to make stronger. I also want to add some more educational information in there to help users identify their audiences. Thanks for commenting!
I de-authorized the service from Twitter because I wanted to try it with a different Twitter account, but that broke things and now I can't re-authorize anywhere.

I still need to build that :) What's the account you want to remove? I'll remove it on my end. You'll have to re-sign up, but that won't take long
It's the same username as my PH handle. By the way, the de-activation feature doesn't seem to do anything (at least not for me in Safari 9).

It looks like it did deactivate the account, but it didn't reload like it was supposed to. There are some things to work through :) Removing your account now. (Clear your cookies on the domain before signing up again.)
New issue. Signed up in a private browsing session, but after it tried to redirect me to the Twitter auth page (which didn't load), I refreshed the page. Now I when I sign in I get

Can I add multiple accounts to a single Narrow account? I want to test on my personal but maybe add our corporate later if I like the results.

Certainly! We offer three plans depending on how many accounts you want to connect: Basic (1 acct), Pro (3 accts) and Business (10 accts).
