This product helps in multi company meeting scheduling easier, The current back and forth of emails needs to be replaced. Small and medium business still works with agencies who are outside their workgroup and they dont have calendar access to agency. We solve this problem by creating a workgroup where multiple people from multiple companies can join, based on their work calendars we can schedule meetings in one click. No need to email chains of what time everyone is available.

Hi, This is Yash founder of myavailability.info. I have a Data analytics agency where we work with multiple ecomm brands to organise and analyse their marketing and sales data. The clients are spread across US, AU and my team is based in India and myself in AU. Now in slack, we are in same workgroup so communication was sorted but when it came to scheduling meeting, there was always question what time works for you, now i need to calculate IST time, PST, EST and myself in AEST timezone to schedule a team meeting who is spread across multiple timezones. That was always a pain, therefore i have built this app, which integrates to slack itself and just a single command "/meet @user1 @user2 @user3 @user4 30min today" checks all 4 user's availability regardless of timezone or company and shoots a list of times when all the 5 people are available (4 users + myself) and a single click from the responded message from the app schedules the meeting and shoots the invites over Google meet/ zoom/ teams. If you are not using slack we have same functionality for the webapp, where a user can signup with their work calendar, and add another user from another company as a colleague, this gives both of them permission to access each others calendars and with one click they can schedule the meetings. Apart from that we have we have also added 1:1 meetings which can be organised using booking pages, Polls for 1:Many meeting scheduling and a digital business card which is used for networking, it sits in your apple/ google wallet and people can save your contact which includes your personal booking link, so in future if they want to contact you, they can use the booking link to schedule a call. So the whole idea is to make scheduling & networking much easy across timezones and companies.
