Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built My Japanese Name Translator because a lot of people search for their name in Japanese, but most tools feel either too basic or too confusing. The goal is simple: help anyone discover how their name looks in Japanese, then go deeper with tools for Katakana, Hiragana, Kanji, Romaji, Kanji Finder, and script conversion. We already have several tools live, and more Japanese writing tools are coming soon. Would love feedback on the converter experience, design, and what tools we should add next.

honestly super fun tool, i tried my name and the kanji breakdown was really cool. one thing that would make it way better is a pronunciation guide with actual audio for each katakana/hiragana version, since seeing it on screen is one thing but hearing it would help so much. maybe even a slow and normal speed option?

The way you let users toggle between Katakana, Hiragana, Kanji, and Romaji on the same screen makes the learning curve feel way less intimidating than most name tools out there.
