Hi PH 👋 I built Murmur because I wanted Wispr Flow style dictation without sending my voice to a server or paying $144 a year. Everything runs on the Mac. On my M1 Pro, Apple's on-device engine finishes ~0.1–0.2 s after I release the key. Cloud Whisper takes seconds. You can check the privacy claim with Little Snitch: nothing goes out.
