Here s what we ve learned while building Munch Studio (our done-for-you social media tool for small business owners):
They re busy. No one has time to learn a product. If it isn t usable in 5 minutes, you ve lost them.
They re allergic to marketing jargon. Talk to them like humans, not like HubSpot.
They ll churn if the value isn t instant. No one s waiting 3 months to see ROI. It has to feel worth it this week.
