Movers: how long does it take you to send a quote today?

by•

Hey everyone, Ryan here, founder of Move Pro Logic.

We built Move Pro Logic after hearing the same thing from moving company owners again and again: the company that quotes first usually wins the job, but quoting still means site visits, phone calls and spreadsheets. That's often 2–3 hours per lead, and many leads book someone else before the quote even goes out.

With Move Pro Logic, the customer records a short video walkthrough of their home on their phone, right from the mover's website. The mover gets an itemized, priced quote under their own brand to review and send in minutes, with a payment link. Once the customer accepts, the job flows into scheduling, dispatch, crew time and invoicing.

I'd love to hear from anyone who runs or works at a moving company:

1. How long does it take you to go from a new lead to a sent quote?

2. Would your customers be comfortable recording a short video of their home instead of booking an in-home visit?

3. What's the most painful part of your quoting process today?

There's a 7-day free trial (no card needed) if you'd like to try it, and I'll answer every reply personally.
