What's a feature you almost shipped but cut at the last second?

For me it was a "texture/swatch" ad style in MotionFy.
Looked great in tests, then I realized the AI couldn't actually see the product texture, it was hallucinating from the packaging. Killed it three days before launch prep.
Still think about it.
What did you cut, and how close were you to shipping it?

One more I keep going back and forth on — a "founder voiceover" option that lets users add a 3-second AI voice line over the video.
Tested it. Loved it. Killed it because every voice sample sounded either robotic or weirdly American for what's mostly European DTC brands.
Will probably revisit in v2 with better TTS models.
Anyone else cut something that was technically working but just felt off?
