8 days ago I launched 🐝MoltyBeeAI™ v3 here and asked for honest feedback. You gave it.

Today I'm shipping it.

Four of you asked for specific things:

Every gap in your report now comes with a copy-paste prompt, personalised with your business details, that builds the exact thing you're missing — the pricing model, the ICP doc, the post-delivery sequence, the analytics view. The report tells you what's broken. The Kit fixes it.

📬 The Progress Protocol. Day 3, Day 14, Day 30 — check-ins built from your actual scored gaps, biggest first. Not a newsletter. Your roadmap, delivered in pieces you can act on. Which will be followed by our 30/60/90+ day progress check-ins. Turning verdicts into relationships.🐝

⚖️ And the part I'm proudest of, which nobody asked for:

I rebuilt the entire scoring engine. The AI Leverage Score™ is now a formal rubric — 24 anchored criteria across 4 dimensions, versioned, with every point tied to a checkable & verifiable actual fact about your business.

Then I ran it on 🐝MoltyBeeAI™ itself.

The old scoring gave us 69/100. The new rubric gave us 34 at first, before M1.

The gap was trajectory credit — points for plans, models, and things "in development." All the stuff that makes a score feel good and mean nothing.

I kept the 34/100. But because of my dedication to nothing but excellence & the highest form of impact & value for you guys, we rose up to the early 40s. After deploying & shipping M1.

Because the moment a score can be talked upward, every benchmark built on it is fiction. If you're going to trust a number about your business, the number has to be capable of telling you something you don't want to hear.

What the score is actually evolving in now, is more like a credit score of how well a business runs.

That's a completely different paradigm, of how businesses will operate in a AI-NATIVE environment, economy & world.
