Hi Product Hunt! I'm the solo founder behind MK Spark Interactive, building tools for small businesses, starting with the UK.
While looking at a couple of hundred small business websites, I kept seeing the same thing: people visit at 9pm, have a simple question (prices, opening hours, "do you do X?"), find no answer and leave. The owner doesn't even know they were there.
MK Website Assistant is my attempt at a careful fix. You paste one line of code (WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, Wix paid plans). The assistant answers only from information you approve, takes enquiries (name plus phone or email) and emails them to you. It replies in the visitor's language, follows sector safety rules (for example, health questions are pointed to NHS 111 or 999 rather than given advice), strips card numbers instead of storing them, and says it is an AI if asked.
On your side: urgent enquiries are flagged with a suggested reply, you get a weekly report, and an owner panel lets you add notes, holiday closures and answers to questions it couldn't handle.
