Be honest: has AI made you more decisive — or better at procrastinating?
AI can now give us an answer to almost any business question in seconds.
But I’ve noticed a strange side effect.
You ask:
“Should I raise my price?”
AI gives you a reasonable answer.
Then you ask:
“What if I raised it by less?”
Then:
“What would another expert say?”
Then:
“Can you give me three alternatives?”
Twenty prompts later, you have more information than when you started — but you still haven’t changed the price!
That observation became one of the ideas behind MinuteSwap.
I’m experimenting with the opposite approach:
One problem. One move. Real progress.
MinuteSwap gives you a focused next action, and if you keep circling essentially the same decision, its Advice Meter eventually calls it out:
“You’re no longer looking for information. You’re delaying the decision.”
Then it stops feeding the loop and pushes you to test something in the real world.
I’m really curious whether other founders experience this too.
What decision have you been repeatedly researching, asking AI about, or “thinking through” that you probably already have enough information to act on?
Drop it below — serious or embarrassingly small. 👇
I’ll reply to as many as I can, and if you want, we can see what MinuteSwap would tell you to do next.
