Hey Product Hunt! I'm the solo developer behind Minek. As an architecture grad, I got tired of the export loop: model in one app, BIM in another, render in a third, lay out sheets in a fourth, and pay a subscription for each. So I built one app that does all four, from scratch in Rust. What's in it: Form (3D modeling), Technic (BIM and sun-hour analysis), Parametric (node-based materials and rendering) and Graphic (vector, raster and page layout). Every render you see was made on my own minimum-spec PC with integrated graphics, no RTX card. How it's sold: I believe software should belong to the people who buy it. Minek is a one-time purchase, $299 for the Suite or $60 for Graphic on its own. You keep the version you buy, with 12 months of updates included. Your files stay on your computer, and it works offline after activation. Honest notes: it's Windows-only for now, and it's in perpetual beta, so I ship improvements constantly.
