mgmtOS - The operating system for music management teams

mgmtOS is one workspace for music management teams to run releases, shows, contacts, deadlines, team access, and finances. It replaces the scattered setup most artist teams rely on - spreadsheets, Notion docs, Airtable bases, calendars - with a shared operational source of truth for the whole roster. Built by an artist manager, mgmtOS helps teams track what’s locked, what’s overdue, what needs attention, and what happens next.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Nikita, an artist manager in electronic music. Along with my co-founder Roman, we built mgmtOS because music management teams still run too much of their day-to-day work through messy spreadsheets, generic project tools, and things people are just expected to remember This is the natural evolution of the Notion template I launched a couple of years ago. We kept hitting the limits of general tools, so we turned those workflows into a shared operating system built specifically for music teams. The first version focuses on the core operating layer for a roster: - Artists and team access - Releases, deadlines, and deliverables - Shows (from initial offer to performance) - Contacts database - "Today" view for overdue tasks and pending actions - Show finances, deposits, expenses, and settlements - AI CSV / Excel import and export We’re launching mgmtOS to build with the managers, artists, and teams who deal with this workflow every day. We'd love your honest feedback. What part of music management still feels the most broken to you?
