I enjoy referring quality people to get hired and advocate for great employers. I’d like to announce the launch of https://metful.com/ — a place to get introductions for employee referrals. Metful is a place for candidates to meet people for employee referrals and learn about employers. I believe meeting people who become your advocates can be a huge advantage in getting a job and learning about opportunities. How it works: Signup and share your preferences. On Metful, no profiles are publicly available. Only private introductions are made via email/LinkedIn. If you’re a candidate, Metful will introduce you to people who are open to have a chat with you. If you’re an employee who enjoys referring quality people and advocating for your employer while growing your network, Metful will introduce you to candidates. You’ll get matched to people based on your preferences and the quality of the match (e.g. likelihood of a productive meeting and the candidate’s potential to get a job at your employer).
