Hi Product Hunt!

I'm thrilled to share that Memoket Gem units have been shipping in batches since Sunday, and more are going out every day. The final batch is expected to ship next Monday.

Here's what to expect:

  1. You'll receive an email from us as soon as your Gem leaves the warehouse. That email will include your tracking number so you can follow your Gem every step of the way. Make sure to check your spam folder too, just in case.

  2. If you haven't heard from us by the end of next Monday (June 15), please reach out at hello@memoket.ai and we'll look into it right away.

    Estimated delivery times once shipped:

    • 🇺🇸🇨🇦 US & Canada — 5 to 7 days

    • 🇬🇧🇪🇺 UK & Europe — 7 to 9 days

    • 🌍 Rest of the world — 9+ days

Please keep in mind that these are estimates. Since Gem is shipping internationally, delivery times can vary depending on customs clearance and local carriers in your region. We appreciate your patience if things take a little longer than expected on your end.

I also want to add a quick note from my side.

This is a very meaningful milestone for the Memoket team. Over the past few days, many of our teammates have been spending long hours at the factory and with our logistics partners to make sure the first batch of Gem devices can be produced, packed, and shipped as smoothly as possible.

To all of our Founding Members from PH: thank you for your patience, trust, and feedback throughout this process. We hope you’ll continue to share honest product feedback with us as you receive and use your Gem — it will help us keep refining the experience and prepare Memoket Gem for the upcoming mass production.

We’re still early, and we’ll be listening closely.
