I've been moving from the L&D consulting world into the startup space for a while now, but I wanted to return to a topic close to my heart, so we built a solution for competence management and L&D professionals. Across consulting projects I kept hitting the same problem: leadership delegates competence-management change initiatives to HR, reporting duties included. HR runs these initiatives alongside everything else and works directly with employees, explaining the changes and getting people on board. But reporting and tracking don't come easily. And it's hard to grasp everything competence management actually covers (talent acquisition, rewards, impact, investments, and more). So I built a tool that lets HR professionals track the maturity of their L&D processes and how change initiatives affect the whole. We've developed it closely with our target group, and it's finally ready to use. Currently available in Swedish, Finnish, and English. Development continues, and we'd love your feedback!
