Awesome!!! would you be interested in chatting about integrating with for merch options? Works for distributed teams as printing and shipping is taken care of - totally hands-off merch. Could provide specific items or gift cards to a merch store in exchange for coins.

A company I used to work for used Matter and I recall thinking "what a great idea!". Celebrating wins and giving feedback in a consistent way gets lost in the day to day, and it's great that Matter is solving that problem. I'll share this with our HR team - see if we can test it out.

This looks like such a great idea, we've always focussed on customer feedback and we donate to charity based on it, but have never thought about doing it internally with our team. Definitely going to try this out!
