It's just been so hard to make it happen in companies because every other product in the Market, other than Matter, has been built for the wrong person. The other products are designed to sell to Managers and VPs of HR/People. Matter is DIFFERENT. We work directly with individual contributors (ICs) to make sure Matter is living up to our mission statement of delivering AMAZING FEEDBACK. Easy to say, hard to do. But we did it! I'm obviously biased but I love this product and I'll tell you why: I joined my first startup when I was 14. I found this startup in the YellowPager - yes I'm that old. I also worked at Intuit, Yahoo!, and startups with over $100 million in funding. None of these companies provided me with continuous feedback that helped me grow. If I was lucky, I would receive constructive feedback maybe once or twice a year. If I had Matter back then, it could have been me sitting in that rocketship headed to space this weekend.
