Only idiots use to-do lists! ok i’ll admit.... I was the idiot who used to-do lists for years. 
 the list always ended up collecting dust in my apple notes app, and never got shorter sound familiar??! but everything changed when I learned about the Eisenhower Matrix. basically instead of making a to do list - you create The Power Box. It’s like a list, but it maps every task based on urgency & impact. When a new thing comes up...just triage it into one of these boxes. A powerful way to organize your day.
