The telematics and IoT combo here feels really well thought out, like you can tell the team actually understands the messy logistics side and built around it. Nice work.

One thing that would really help adoption is a simple mobile app for drivers and warehouse staff to update shipment statuses in real time without needing to log into the full desktop dashboard. Right now most logistics teams live on their phones, and having a lightweight way to scan, update, and notify from the field would make the whole telematics and tracking story feel a lot more practical.

A carbon footprint tracker per shipment would be a really useful addition, especially for companies trying to hit ESG targets. Even a basic estimate based on distance and transport mode would make reporting way easier for clients.

Really cool to see a supply chain tool leaning into blockchain and IoT. One thing I'd love as a user is a built-in carbon footprint tracker that pulls telematics data automatically and shows emissions per shipment. Would make sustainability reporting way less painful and feel like a natural extension of what you already track.
