I measure my day by calm, not by checkmarks

by

For three years I was a productivity junkie: streaks, badges, "don't break the chain." You know what they actually trained? Anxiety.

Every morning you open the app and you see debt. A red "12 overdue." A broken 40-day streak. A list of everything you didn't get to. That's not planning, it's a museum of guilt.

So in Lunelo I deliberately stripped all of it out. No streaks. No "overdue." Unfinished tasks just roll quietly to tomorrow. You see 5-6 things, not a wall.

It's a risky call for retention — streaks are sticky. But I'm building a tool you want to open, not one that punishes you.

Genuine question for this community: what actually kept you in a planner — the features, or the way it made you feel?
