You shouldn’t need a system to remember everything
by•
Every productivity system eventually creates another job:
Keeping the system updated.
You add the task.
You update the status.
You set the reminder.
You move the deadline.
You connect the calendar.
You write the context.
And then you still have to remember to check it.
The irony is that the tools designed to reduce mental load can create more coordination work.
Luna takes a different approach.
Instead of asking you to constantly maintain another system, Luna is designed to understand the context already present across your work and proactively surface what needs attention.
The goal isn't better task management.
It's less coordination.

This is something I’ve become increasingly convinced about.
The more systems you add to stay organized, the more maintenance they need from you. At some point you're spending time managing the system that was supposed to help you manage your work.
I think the better outcome is for the system to maintain more of the context itself, rather than constantly asking you to update it.
