What would you actually trust an AI Chief of Staff to do?

by

We've spent a lot of time thinking about the capability side of this, but I think the more interesting question is the trust boundary.

For example, I'd probably trust AI to:

  • notice that I'm waiting on someone

  • remind me about a commitment I made

  • connect context from different conversations

  • draft a follow-up

But actually sending the message, making a decision, or changing something on my calendar feels different.

Where would you draw the line?

What would you let an AI do completely on its own, and what would you always want to approve?
