Luna - Your AI Chief of Staff for getting things done

by
Luna is an AI Chief of Staff built for people who run things. Unlike chatbots that wait for prompts, Luna proactively works across your tasks, calendar, emails, and workflows to spot what is slipping through the cracks and help move it forward. Start with our Coordination Tax Audit to see how much time you lose to coordination, then let Luna take some of that work off your plate.

I’m Ramanjit, co-founder of Luna. We started building Luna after spending years building software that helped people track things. What we kept hearing was different: people did not just want another tool to track their work. They wanted something that could actually think alongside them. The problem is that running a company creates an invisible layer of work around the work itself: The follow-up you forgot. The email that needs a response. The task that quietly slipped. The meeting that should have moved. The commitment you made three days ago and never revisited. We call this the Coordination Tax. So we built Luna as an AI Chief of Staff for people who run things. Unlike a chatbot that waits for a prompt, Luna is designed to work proactively across the moving pieces of your work and help keep things moving. We are starting with a simple question: how much of your week is actually lost to coordination? That is why we built the Coordination Tax Audit. Take it, see your number, and tell us whether it feels right. We are still early, and that is exactly why we are here. I’ll be in the comments throughout the launch. Tell me what you would want an AI Chief of Staff to take off your plate, what you would never trust it with, and where you think we are getting this wrong.

We built Luna because founders carry an entire company’s context across email, calendars, Slack, meetings, metrics, and a dozen other tools. Important work quietly slips, and hiring a chief of staff is usually out of reach.

Luna is an AI chief of staff for early-stage founders. It tells you what actually needs your attention, drafts and takes approved actions, follows up with the right people, and helps keep the company moving without another dashboard to babysit.

We built the MVP in 10 days and shipped the first version in 5. Now we’re putting it in the hands of founders one at a time and trying to answer a simple question: what would make this indispensable every morning?

If you’re a founder juggling too many tools and responsibilities, I’d love your blunt feedback. What’s the task or decision that most often slips through the cracks for you?
