Does the background removal actually handle tricky stuff like hair or transparent edges well, or is it more of a basic cutout?

Challenging details like fine hair or transparent objects depend on the image, but we're continually improving the experience. Nice that everything lives in one place, the background removal surprised me with how clean the edges came out. The compression kept way more detail than I expected too.

How does it handle batch processing if I need to upscale like 50 product photos at once, and is there any size or resolution cap on the free tier?
Currently, LumiPixAI processes images individually, so batch upscaling of 50 product photos at once is not available yet.
For larger projects, you can upscale images one by one through the tool. We are evaluating improvements for workflows like batch processing to better support ecommerce catalogs and professional users.
The free version is intended for testing and smaller image enhancement tasks. Current limits depend on the implemented version of the tool, including supported image size and processing capacity.
finally an all-in-one image tool that doesn't make me sign up for 5 different subscriptions. Background removal worked surprisingly well on a tricky product shot.
