Lowdown - Biohacker results, without the biohacker time

by
Lowdown is a chat-first AI health coach for iOS. Just say what you ate or did — "eggs and a coffee," "ran 5k" — and it's logged, macros and all, from verified USDA data. Sleep, recovery and training sync automatically from Apple Health and Whoop. It remembers your goal, supplements and trends, then gives you a 30-second daily brief and a weekly review with recommendations. Biohacker results, without the biohacker time. Free iOS beta.

Hey I'm Mick. Biohackers get real results, but biohacking is a part-time job, that's why most people quit tracking. So I built the opposite: biohacker-grade insight for 30 seconds a day. Just say "had eggs and a coffee", logged, macros and all (verified USDA data). Sleep and recovery sync from Apple Health + Whoop. It remembers your goal, stack and trends, and briefs you daily and weekly. If you've quit a tracker before, what made you quit? That's the friction I'm killing. What survived the cut: the biohacker tension, the 30-seconds promise, voice logging with real USDA data, auto-sync, memory/goal, and the closing question that invites replies. What got dropped: the feature-by-feature bullets, the description field and gallery screenshots carry those anyway, so nothing is lost from the page as a whole.

The chat input is great for quick logging but it would be awesome if I could just send a photo of my plate and have it estimate the meal. Sometimes I don't want to type out every ingredient after a long day, and snapping a pic is way faster than listing it all out.

Voice logging meals and getting instant macros without typing anything sounds genuinely useful, especially with the daily brief pulling in sleep and training data from Whoop. Curious how it handles more complex meals.
