I spent 12 years in tech recruiting watching brilliant candidates get rejected and had to deliver the hard feedback. Now a days, its normal for gandidates to be ghosted. No explanation. Just a form email or silence. I left the industry in order to come back and evolve it.
The problem is structural β recruiters want to give feedback but don't because of time, legal concerns, and lack of tools to make it easy. Candidates are left guessing why they keep losing, unable to improve, invisible to companies that would actually hire them.
So I built Loopback with a couple of ex-Meta friends to fix it.

How we approached it: We made giving feedback effortless for recruiters β a 60-second structured form sent professionally on the candidate's behalf (with an option for an advanced feedback). Companies browse that marketplace to find recently-interviewed verified talent.
