Would love to see a customer-facing tracking portal where end clients can see their shipment status in real time without needing to log into the full dashboard. Would save our team a lot of "where's my order" calls and give clients more confidence in the process.

One thing that would make this way more useful for us is a built-in driver mobile app with offline mode and turn-by-turn navigation tied to the route plan, so drivers can update statuses and PODs even when connectivity drops in remote areas.

Finally tried a logistics platform that doesn't feel like it was built in 2005. The route planning view is clean and the role-based access setup was quicker than I expected, which is rare.
