Hi everyone, I'm Guillaume, a product designer and landlord based in Montpellier, France. I built Logio because every rental-management tool out there is made for professional property managers handling dozens of units. But 70% of French landlords own just one rental. For them, those tools are overkill — cluttered, and expensive the moment you pass the free tier. So I spent my Sunday evenings juggling Excel and Word, until I decided to build the tool I actually wanted: clean, mobile-first, and genuinely free.
