I built Lock on Touch — what should it protect next?
Hi Product Hunt! I built Lock on Touch for moments when you need to step away from your Mac without immediately hiding the screen.
Arm it, choose a grace period, and leave. Your Mac stays awake, but the first keyboard, trackpad, or mouse interaction locks the screen. It reads only macOS idle time—never keystrokes—and doesn’t require Input Monitoring. There’s also an optional camera photo saved locally when a touch triggers the lock.
I’m preparing the launch and would love your feedback:
• Would you use this at an office, café, demo booth, or home?
• Is the grace-period workflow clear enough?
• What safeguard or feature would make it more useful?

Thanks — I’m happy to answer anything about how it works or the privacy choices.
