Do you think an MCP server would be a nice feature?

Do you think the idea of setting up an MCP server to be able to use Local Panel’s fantastic features alongside AI tools would be unnecessary, or would it be a very useful feature?

We’re also thinking of running adverts for Local Panel – where do you think would be the best place for that? I’m sure it’s not Meta.

what would be the first 3–5 Local Panel actions you would expose through MCP? that would probably determine whether the integration feels essential or just nice to have.

 I believe the main difference between using the Local Panel MCP rather than providing SSH credentials to the AI to carry out tasks is that the SSH credentials are not sent to the AI. The AI will be able to access files, use SFTP, access the terminal, configure the database, and grant access via the Safe Share feature, which allows the commands executed by another user to be monitored.
