LiveClassroom - Beta V1 - AI tutors that teach with voice and live visuals

by
LiveClassroom is an AI teaching platform that goes beyond static chat. Instead of only replying in text, it speaks, listens, and builds live visual explanations on an interactive canvas. It is built for students, instructors, and training teams who need faster understanding across complex topics like data science, math, compliance, and technical workflows.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 we're excited to launch LiveClassroom today. Most AI learning tools still feel like chatbots. You ask a question, get a wall of text, and then try to make sense of it yourself. LiveClassroom is different. It teaches through voice, live diagrams, and an interactive canvas, so complex ideas feel closer to a real classroom session. We built it for students, instructors, and teams learning topics like data science, math, compliance, and technical workflows. Would love your feedback on the product, positioning, and where you think this kind of AI teaching experience should go next.

How well does the live canvas handle really long explanations, like walking someone through a full data science workflow from scratch without it getting messy?

 great question!

Live Canvas is designed specifically for long-form, step-by-step explanations without letting the session become messy or overwhelming.

The core idea is a beat-by-beat explanation methodology. Instead of dumping the entire concept at once, the system breaks the learning flow into clear instructional beats. Each beat focuses on one idea, one visual state, and one explanation goal.

For example, in a full data science workflow, the canvas can move through the process in stages: defining the problem, understanding the dataset, cleaning the data, exploring patterns, selecting features, training models, evaluating results, and improving the system. At each stage, the visual canvas updates only what is necessary, while the explanation stays focused on the current beat.

This makes long explanations feel structured instead of chaotic. The learner always knows where they are, what changed, and why it matters. The system can also zoom into a specific part of the workflow, pause for clarification, revisit an earlier step, or branch into a deeper explanation when needed.

So rather than acting like a static whiteboard, Live Canvas behaves like a guided visual reasoning space. It keeps the explanation organized across time, while still allowing flexible interaction.

Curious how it works? You can try an interactive Linear Regression lesson yourself on LiveClassroom. The AI doesn't just explain it speaks, visualizes concepts on a live canvas, and walks you through the reasoning step by step.

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m Chanakya, founder of LiveClassroom. We started with a simple observation: most AI learning tools still rely on text conversations. They can answer questions, but they often struggle to teach concepts that are inherently visual. Learning a decision tree, neural network, supply chain, mathematical proof, or scientific process usually requires more than words. It requires drawing, pointing, zooming in, building intuition, and adapting the explanation as the learner progresses. That’s why we built LiveClassroom. LiveClassroom combines voice, visuals, and an interactive canvas into a single learning experience. Instead of just chatting with an AI, learners can have a visual dialogue where concepts are explained, drawn, manipulated, and explored in real time. One of our favorite demos is Linear Regression, where the AI teaches the concept step by step while updating the visual canvas as the lesson unfolds. We’re still early, and we’d love your feedback. What subjects would you like to learn this way? What worked well, and what should we improve? Thank you for checking out LiveClassroom and supporting our launch.

The canvas is what sold me, watching it sketch out a decision tree while explaining was way more useful than another chat box. Voice response feels natural too, not the usual stilted tts.

Thank you. That’s exactly the experience we were aiming for. We believe many concepts are easier to understand when they can be built visually alongside the explanation rather than being described only through text. The goal is to make learning feel more like an interactive whiteboard session than a conversation with a chatbot. We’re continuing to improve both the canvas interactions and the voice experience, so feedback like this is incredibly valuable.

Hi Product Hunt!

We’ve noticed something interesting.

AI has become incredibly good at giving answers, but not necessarily at helping people understand.

Understanding usually comes from seeing ideas unfold step by step, through diagrams, questions, examples, and conversation.

That’s what we set out to build with LiveClassroom.

Instead of another chat interface, we focused on making learning feel more like sitting with someone who explains, draws, and adapts as you learn.

Now we’d love to learn from you.

What’s one topic you’ve always struggled to understand, despite watching videos or reading articles?

We’ll personally use LiveClassroom to explain some of the most interesting answers and use your feedback to improve the product.

Thanks for checking us out, we’ll be here all day answering questions and listening to every piece of feedback. 🚀
