Every group trip used to end the same way for me and my friends: a messy chat full of receipt photos, screenshots from yet another splitting app no one wanted to install, and someone (usually me) doing math at midnight. So I built Lightsplit as a bot that lives inside the chat we already use. Mention the bot with what you spent, and it tracks who owes whom in real time. When the trip ends, it tells everyone the smallest set of payments to settle up. It works on both Telegram and LINE, supports multi-currency for international trips, and opens into a Mini App for the heavier flows (editing items, splitting unevenly, settlement history).
