LiftCal has been updated.

Just a quick update on my LiftCal app for anyone interested.

I’ve recently updated the workout analysis system to provide better single session insights, including new load pattern feedback after workouts (although there’s still some refining to do).

There’s also a new workout history view, allowing users to track previous sessions and quickly repeat workouts they want to revisit.

Finally, the coaching tab has been improved to provide more meaningful long term training feedback and progression insights.

The app is still in active development, but if anyone would like to try it, feel free to download it free of charge. Here is the link:
