Which paid research platforms actually work for you outside the US?

by•

Hi everyone, Illya here, the maker of LazyBounty.

While building the feed I kept hitting the same wall: most paid research studies (interviews, product tests, surveys) are written for US residents. Even on big platforms, a lot of screeners turn out to be closed to your country after you've already spent 10 minutes on them.

Right now our live feed is 368 of about 840 open studies for the US, then the UK (102), Canada (50) and Australia (43). Everyone else gets much less.

So I'd love to hear from people outside the US:

1. Which platforms have actually paid you, and from which country?

2. What's the most annoying part: screeners, payout methods, or just not finding studies at all?

3. Would weekly email alerts for new studies open to your country be useful, or is that just more noise?

I'll use the answers to decide what we build next. Live numbers by country are public here:
