We're launching LayerDock soon. What's the most annoying part of getting website feedback?

by•

Hey everyone! 👋

I'm Zain, co-founder of Layerdock with Adeen.

Before this I spent years at an agency shipping websites for clients. The hardest part was never the build. It was the feedback. Screenshots in email, vague notes in Slack, "the button looks weird on my phone" with no idea which phone or which button.

So we built Layerdock. You open any website in your browser, click on the thing that's wrong, and leave a note right there. Layerdock grabs a screenshot and the technical details your developer needs, so nobody has to go back and forth asking what you meant.

Your clients get their own simple review link. Nothing to download and no extension to install.

We're launching here soon and I'd love your help shaping it.

What's the most frustrating part of collecting or giving website feedback for you?

If you've used tools like BugHerd, or , what made you stay or leave?
