LaunchPanda - Easier launches that result in bigger SEO and GEO growth
by•
Stop guessing which startup directories are worth it. LaunchPanda ranks 255+ of them by the free traffic and backlinks they actually deliver, then hands you a step-by-step roadmap with specific strategies (like quick SEO juice, the essentials, and more).

The GEO half is the interesting part, since the mechanics are genuinely different from SEO — a launch page that ranks in search isn't necessarily one that gets cited in a generated answer, and the second one depends a lot on being quotable and unambiguous rather than just authoritative.
What actually moves for a launch, in your experience? A directory listing is short-lived and gets scraped by a lot of aggregators, which I'd assume is more of the effect than the page itself. Is the value mostly in the citation surface those secondary listings create, or does the launch page hold on its own?
@ark_y_k Often the most value is in the backlinks
@jeroen_van_welsenes That matches what I suspected — the launch page itself is a moment, the backlinks are what's left afterward.
Which makes me want to separate the two halves again. For SEO, backlinks are the whole mechanism and I can see it clearly. For GEO it's less obvious to me: a model citing you isn't following a link graph, it's picking something quotable out of whatever it ingested. So a hundred aggregator pages repeating the same one-line tagline might do more for citation than a smaller number of high-authority links would.
Have you seen those two move together, or do they come apart? I'd guess the launch copy matters more than the link profile on the GEO side, but I've got no data — you presumably do.
congrats on the launch I use launch panda every single day
@mayaa17 Thank you for the kind words :)
