I am the Solo Product Architect & Founder behind LandUsers. I built this platform single-handedly from the ground up to solve a massive headache in real estate: fragmented, confusing, and incredibly slow land unit conversion tools.
Instead of relying on heavy frameworks or standard templates, I engineered a custom, centralized code architecture that runs entirely on edge workers. By bypassing traditional processing limits, the core engine processes calculations and serves pre-rendered layout data.
My goal is to make land metrics instantly accessible without any bloat, heavy tracking scripts, or paywalls.
LandUsers is a specialized PropTech platform built to eliminate the frustration of messy regional land measurements in India. It features an edge-cached unit conversion engine for units like Bigha, Biswa, and Katha, irregular plot boundary and cost estimators, a global money converter, and an integrated Ask AI assistant to streamline property due diligence.
