We had this problem in a previous series B/C company. This is especially true when you have SMBs, because you have so many customers and all voice for something, but we didn't have time to go through ProductBoard to tag everything. It is possible, but then when we categorize based on tags, it's already diluted down. Congrats on the launch @adi_patel and team! A few questions: 1. I assume the reason this is special (and not like a copy all user feedback and paste them into ChatGPT, or RAG + LLM) is the app would abstract all of that away AND allow you to connect more variety of data like analytics (quant)? 2. How do you dogfood this product internall right now? 3. Love the fun name and logo - what's the story behind those?

Managing 100+ feedback items is no small task, and I love how Lancey automates that process—saving valuable time while ensuring no important voice is left unheard. The integration of Merlin as an AI assistant for post-launch analysis is a brilliant touch! Understanding user behavior after feature launches can provide critical data to improve future iterations. As a PM I spend the bulk of my time collecting, triaging, & analysing customer feedback across multiple channels like support tickets, surveys, interviews and more to generate insights we can take action on. I can't wait to try out Lancey, as this will help me focus on being the voice of customer to drive impact and act on useful insights quickly. I had the opportunity to have been personally onboarded by @adi_patel for their previous product we used - an interactive demo builder utilised by our sales & marketing team. Adi is solid in understanding his customer's problems and providing a personalised approach to get set up quickly and drive impact. Congrats on your new product & launch, I can't wait to use it!

Love the demo ! Is it possible that I enter my roadmap and business priority somewhere so the tool can weight and prioritize considering business OKRs? User feedback parsing looks great, TL;DR is awesome. 👌 Is it aggregating multiple similar feedback? Can the tool bring up notification for review based on a customizable criteria ? Are the tickets coming from variety of channels? I have so many questions because I am really interested. I wish I could try this tool but I don't have the appropriate product environment currently. Hope you guys will grow good on this solid foundation ! All the best
