Kutt is legal in 37 states (+ Washington D.C.), as we operate as a game of skill. All contests are fully customizable, and you can choose your own terms and payouts. 5 star product fitting a much needed space - a good app to use to bet with friends and acquaintances without having to worry about collecting the bet! Kutt does all this for you for a much smaller fee than a traditional sportsbook or exchange would take. I've been using this for the whole second half of NFL season with my friends and some folks I've met on twitter, would highly recommend!

Kutt is a breath of fresh air in an industry saturated with the same 2 or 3 ways of doing things. The ability to compete against friends instead of "the house" is exciting enough, but the ability to negotiate and customize your wagers is a no-brainer for anyone who knows what they're doing.
