Kortex is an OS layer for Google’s NotebookLM. It supercharges research by capturing full chats from ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude, plus bulk web scraping and RSS feeds. It adds a "Cmd+K" command center for folders and tags. Most notably, it automates research via "Auto-Researcher" rules and an "Audio Studio" that generates custom podcasts with private RSS feeds for Spotify/Apple Podcasts.
Most extensions are basic web clippers. Kortex acts as an integration layer, bridging active AI chats with NotebookLM storage. Its standout features include Native LLM Archiving, which adds a one-click import button directly inside ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. Unlike others, we focus on data freedom with bulk exports to Markdown, and precision sniping to save specific text blocks rather than whole messy webpages.
Since we hit #5 Product of the Day and crossed 22k users, the feedback has been incredible. I ve spent the last few weeks in deep build mode, turning that feedback into our biggest release yet.
