Knowledge Canvas - Unlock innovation potential: maximise investment, capability

The InnoWise framework is based on extensive research that I carried out at Queensland University of Technology, finishing in 2018. I have since developed tools to help organisations navigate the framework, including the Knowledge Canvas. It steps you through each of the four phases of the innovation journey and guides you to unpack the knowledge aspects for each step. The Canvas is a great, systematic, clear way to plan and communicate how your initiative will be created, tested, adopted and critiqued. Be ready for it to prompt deep discussions.
